Copyright and DMCA Policy

This page explains who owns the work published on swastore.in, what you may and may not do with the products you buy, and — if you believe we have published something of yours — exactly how to ask us to take it down.
1. Our copyright
Every original theme, template, website kit, plugin, graphic, screenshot and piece of written content published on swastore.in is the intellectual property of SwaStore or of the people who licensed it to us. It is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957 and by international copyright treaties.
Buying a product from this website gives you a licence to use it as set out in our Terms and Conditions. It does not transfer copyright to you.
2. What you may not do with our products
Without our written permission you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent or give away our products or their source files; publish them on a download site, forum, marketplace, cloud drive or torrent; remove or alter copyright notices or author credits; or present our work as your own.
This applies whether the copy is modified or unmodified, and whether you charge for it or not.
3. Open-source components
Some of our products build on WordPress and on components released under the GNU General Public Licence or a similar open-source licence. Where that is the case, those components remain under their own licence and its terms take precedence for that code.
An open-source licence covers code. It does not grant any right to use the SwaStore name, our logo, our branding, our graphics, our documentation or our support services. Those remain ours.
4. Third-party trademarks
WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor and any other product or company names mentioned on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe compatibility. Their mention does not imply that we are affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as a reseller for those companies.
5. We respect other people's copyright too
SwaStore does not knowingly publish, sell or distribute material that infringes anyone else’s copyright. We do not sell pirated, cracked, nulled or key-generated software, and we do not knowingly host it.
If you believe something on this website infringes your copyright, tell us using the procedure below and we will act on it.
6. How to send us a takedown notice
Email care@swastore.in with the subject line “Copyright Takedown Notice” and include all of the following:
- your name, postal address, email address and telephone number;
- a clear description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed, with a link to where your original is published;
- the exact URL on swastore.in of the material you want removed;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
An incomplete notice may delay our response.
7. What we do when we receive a notice
We acknowledge every notice within 48 hours. Where the claim appears valid we remove or disable access to the material, normally within 5 working days, and notify whoever supplied it. Repeated infringement will result in the account being closed.
8. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, email care@swastore.in with the subject line “Counter Notice”, identifying the material and its former location, and stating why you believe it was removed in error. We will review it and restore the material if the objection is upheld.
9. Reporting piracy of our own work
If you find a SwaStore product being distributed without permission anywhere on the internet, please tell us at care@swastore.in. We follow up on every report, and we are grateful for them.
10. Permission requests
Want to use our work in a way this policy does not allow — a review, a tutorial, a bundle, a client licence beyond the standard terms? Just ask. Write to care@swastore.in describing what you would like to do and we will give you a straight answer.
