This page sets out the limits of what SwaStore promises about its website and its products. It is written to be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, not instead of them.
1. General information only
The content on swastore.in — product descriptions, blog posts, tutorials, documentation and support replies — is provided for general information. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment. Acting on anything you read here is your own decision.
2. Products are supplied "as is"
Our digital products are supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that a product will be free of every bug, or that it will run without interruption on every possible combination of host, WordPress version, PHP version, theme and plugin.
3. Compatibility is your responsibility to check
Each product page lists the requirements and the environment the product was tested in. WordPress sites vary enormously, and a conflict with another plugin, a theme, a caching layer or a server configuration is always possible. Please read the requirements before buying, and ask us if you are unsure.
4. Always take a backup
Take a complete backup of your website files and database before installing or updating anything — ours or anyone else’s. SwaStore is not responsible for data loss, downtime or damage caused by installing a product on a live site without a backup.
5. No guarantee of results
Nothing on this website is a promise of a particular business outcome. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, search ranking, conversion rate, revenue or page-speed score from using our products. Results depend on your content, your market, your hosting and your own effort.
6. Demo content and screenshots
Screenshots, demo sites and preview videos are illustrations. Images, icons, fonts, stock photography and sample text shown in a demo are often licensed to us for demonstration only and may not be included in the files you download, unless the product page says otherwise.
7. Third-party products and links
This website may reference or link to third-party plugins, themes, services and websites. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, licensing or privacy practices. Any dealing you have with a third party is between you and them.
Names such as WordPress, WooCommerce and Elementor are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
8. Not professional advice
Tutorials and guidance published here are technical suggestions, not legal, financial, tax or professional security advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.
9. Availability
We aim to keep swastore.in and its download service available at all times but we do not guarantee it. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, or by failures at our hosting provider, network or payment gateway that are outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwaStore is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost data or website downtime — arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or anything bought from it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product concerned.
