Please read these Terms carefully before using swastore.in or buying anything from it. They set out the rules for using this website, what you may and may not do with the digital products you buy, and how we handle payments, support and disputes.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by SwaStore (“SwaStore”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a business based at Dasabatia, Baramundali, Machhagaon, Jagatsinghpur, Odisha 754119, India. Throughout these Terms, “you” and “your” mean the person visiting this website or placing an order on it.

2. Acceptance of these Terms
By browsing swastore.in, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Delivery Policy, all of which form part of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.
3. What we sell
SwaStore sells digital products for WordPress — themes, page-builder templates, website kits, plugins and related design assets. All products are delivered electronically. Nothing on this website is a physical item and nothing is shipped by courier or post.
Product descriptions, screenshots and demo content are provided in good faith. Demo images, fonts and third-party content shown in a demo are for illustration and may not be included in the download unless the product page says so.
4. Accounts
To download what you buy you need an account on this website. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at care@swastore.in if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account that is used to breach these Terms, to redistribute our products, or in connection with fraudulent payments.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the amount payable at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but a change will never affect an order that has already been paid for.
Payment is collected through a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking credentials — those are handled entirely by the gateway and its banking partners. An order is confirmed only once the gateway reports the payment as successful.
If your payment is debited but the order does not confirm, contact us with the transaction reference. Failed or duplicate charges are normally reversed by the bank within 5 to 7 working days.
6. Licence to use our products
When you buy a product you are buying a licence to use it — you are not buying ownership of it. Unless the individual product page states otherwise, your licence lets you use the product on websites you own or build for your own clients.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, share or publish our products or their source files, whether free or paid, and whether modified or not. You may not remove or obscure copyright notices, and you may not claim authorship of our work.
Some products contain open-source components licensed under the GNU General Public Licence or similar. Where that is the case, the terms of that licence apply to those components and take precedence over this clause to the extent they conflict.
7. Updates and support
Where a product page states that updates or support are included, they are provided for the period shown on that page. Support covers the product itself — installation problems, bugs and configuration questions. It does not cover custom development, third-party plugins or themes, server administration, or teaching WordPress generally.
We aim to reply to every support request within one business day.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to: break any law of India or of your own country; upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; scrape, mirror or bulk-download our catalogue; place orders using someone else’s payment instrument; or interfere with other users’ access to the site.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — the SwaStore name and logo, page copy, graphics, product artwork and code — belongs to SwaStore or to our licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.
10. Third-party links
This website may link to other websites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience only, and we are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of any external site.
11. Availability of the website
We try to keep swastore.in available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The website may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of failures outside our control at our hosting provider, network or payment gateway.
12. Limitation of liability
Our products are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwaStore is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost data or website downtime — arising from the use of, or the inability to use, any product bought from this website.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product that the claim relates to.
You are responsible for taking a full backup of your website before installing any product.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SwaStore against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or from your misuse of a product bought from this website.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect from the date it is published on this page, and the “last updated” date above will change. Orders are governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time the order was placed.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jagatsinghpur, Odisha.
16. Grievance contact
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, concerns about this website or its content may be sent to the contact address below. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.
