Shipping and Delivery Policy

This page explains how the products you buy on swastore.in reach you, how quickly, and what to do if something does not arrive.
1. Nothing is physically shipped
SwaStore sells digital products only — WordPress themes, templates, website kits and plugins. There is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery charge, because nothing physical ever leaves our premises. Every order is delivered electronically over the internet.
2. How and when you receive your order
As soon as your payment is confirmed by the gateway, your order is marked complete and the download becomes available immediately in My Account → Downloads. You also receive an order confirmation email containing your download link.
In the rare case that a payment needs manual verification by the bank, delivery may take up to 24 hours. We will email you if that happens.
3. What you receive
Products are supplied as a .zip archive ready to upload through WordPress. Where documentation, a licence file or demo content is included, it is inside the same archive or linked from the product page.
4. Download limits and expiry
Your downloads do not expire and there is no cap on the number of times you may re-download a product you have bought. You will always find your purchases in your account.
We still recommend keeping your own copy of the files after purchase.
5. If your download does not arrive
First check the spam or promotions folder of the email address you used at checkout, then sign in and look under My Account → Downloads. If it is still not there, email care@swastore.in with your order number. We resolve missing-download reports within one business day, and if we cannot deliver the file we refund the order in full.
6. Where we deliver
Because delivery is electronic, our products can be downloaded from anywhere with an internet connection. Orders are currently accepted from customers billing in India, and all prices are charged in Indian Rupees.
7. Delivery charges and taxes
There are no delivery, shipping or handling charges on any order. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable. Any taxes that apply are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
